SUNDAY, MAY 1st: Spring Clean up of south access & the north property. We need help from as many "lake dwellers" as possible to help with this yearly clean up. Please meet at 10am at the south gate access. Please bring any "garden type" tools you have that you feel will help. It takes us about 2 hours to do the clean up and then after our social committee will organize a weiner roast or some good munchies. We will also, this year, concentrate on the broom as it is a noxious weed and will take over. The more help we can get the better. Come spend a Sunday morning with your neighbours and help to clean up our neighbourhood
SATURDAY, MAY 14th: we have set for our Annual Lake Yard/Garage Sale. So start cleaning up your houses and garages & go through all of your "goodies" and see what it may be time to sell. Our neighbours will be contacting you soon to see if you want to participate. The cost is usually $10.00 a household and for this we do lots of advertising and put up all our lake garage sale signs. Remember your junk can be someone elses gems.
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 10th: Is the date we have set for out Corn Roast (with pot luck) and the Regatta. We are hoping that by leaving this until September we will find many more neighbours home and ready to participate. Please keep this date open and be ready for an amazingly fun day with your neighbours. More details will come out about this later in the summer.
